Due to technical reasons, it was unfortunately necessary to retire the old app that you have come to love. Therefore, we had to develop a completely new app. In this process, we focused initially on the features that were most frequently used in the old app, namely document submission and mailbox access. Some sub-functions, such as barcode scanning or tracking processing statuses, are already in the pipeline and will be added over time - we acknowledge the importance of these features to many of you. At the same time, we are diligently addressing your feedback and developing solutions for the issues reported to us.
